How Farm Visits Work

No trailer, no shop queue, no machine leaving the property. We drive to the farm, work through the fleet where it sits, and prove the results in the field it works in.

What a visit looks like

The neighbor model

The most efficient farm visits we run are the ones where a host farmer lines up three or four machines — his own and a couple of neighbors’. Everyone gets the mobile service without anyone paying for a solo trip, questions get answered over the fence the way farm decisions actually get made, and the host’s coffee gets compliments. If you’re the one who organizes things on your road, you know who you are.

Booking and honest expectations

Call or text 260-355-1123 with the fleet list — makes, models, and complaints. Every machine is quoted for what it actually needs; a deposit secures the visit date. During harvest, derate calls get priority — that’s what mobile service is for.

We’re the agricultural side of Dynamic Tuning Specialists — same shop, same tools, same phone, a decade of calibration work, and the region’s only Viezu-authorized dealership behind the ag program.

Common questions

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Have the machines where we can run them, know your complaints per unit, and if a display has been showing messages, photograph them. That’s genuinely it.

What does it cost?

Machine by machine, quoted for what each actually needs — a diagnosis visit and a full fleet calibration day are different jobs. Call with the list and you’ll have straight numbers before we book anything.

How far will you really come?

Our service area runs well over 100 miles from Fort Wayne — northern Indiana, northwest Ohio, southern Michigan. Travel is quoted with the visit, and clustered bookings make the distance work for everyone.

Can you work on machines still under dealer service plans?

We’ll talk through your machine’s situation honestly — what we’d touch, what we wouldn’t, and what questions to ask your dealer. No pressure either way.
